The TR-450 OTDR boasts an event dead zone as low as 1.5 meters, combined multi-dynamic range and wavelengths, and multi-measurement modes that support both touching LCD and pressing keys. Additionally, its warning function prevents the OTDR module from being damaged by optical signals in the fiber.
This device also features a real-time measuring function, which allows you to conveniently monitor the splicing losses. The integrated 10mW visual fault locator ensures you can easily identify and locate any faults in the fiber.
The TR-450 OTDR supports English input and adopts a user-friendly input interface that totally simulates computer keyboard input. With an integrated 8GB internal memory, this device can store more than 80,000 groups of curves. The PC remote access and control function enables you to remotely access and print measurement reports.
Pulse width options range from 5ns to 10μs for single mode 1310/1550nm. The distance range includes dead zone test, 1.3km, 2.5km, 5.0km, 10km, 20km, 40km, 80km, and 120km. The TR-450 OTDR features a sampling resolution of a minimum of 0.05m, with 128,000 sampling points, and linearity of ≤0.05dB/dB.
With a loss threshold of 0.01dB, a loss resolution of 0.001dB, and a distance resolution of 0.01m, the TR-450 OTDR provides highly accurate measurements. The distance accuracy is ±（1m+measuring distance×3×10 +sampling resolution.
The TR-450 OTDR is equipped with three USB ports (Type A×2, Type B×1) and a 5.6-inch TFT-LCD touch screen display. Its 7.4V/4.4Ah lithium battery supports eight hours of continuous working time. It operates in a wide range of temperatures, from -10℃ to +50℃, and a humidity level of ≤95% (non-dew).
